Online Store Terms and Conditions

§ 1. General Provisions

These terms define the rules for purchasing electronic and physical gift vouchers through the online store available at gentlemen-sanok.pl/voucher. The store owner and seller is WK KŁOSOWICZ SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Mazowiecka 62, 35-324 Rzeszów, Poland, NIP: 5170451307, REGON: 529645090, KRS: 0001126778, share capital: 5,000.00 PLN. This is the company's registered office, not the salon address in Sanok.

§ 2. Orders and Fulfilment

The store sells gift vouchers in PDF form and physical premium cards. A voucher can cover a selected amount or a selected barber service at Gentlemen Barber Shop, ul. Jagiellońska 23, 38-500 Sanok, Poland. The sales agreement is concluded after PayU confirms payment.

§ 3. Payments, Delivery and Validity

All prices are gross prices in PLN. Payments are processed securely by PayU S.A. A PDF voucher is sent automatically to the e-mail address from the order. A physical card is shipped via InPost. Each voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase.

§ 4. Withdrawal and Complaints

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days unless the service has already started with consent or the order concerns a delivered digital voucher for immediate use. Complaints can be submitted to kontakt@gentlemen-sanok.pl and are reviewed within 14 days.

§ 5. Personal Data and Final Provisions

Personal data is processed to complete orders, handle payments, deliver vouchers and manage complaints. Details are available in the Privacy Policy. Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law.
